There are three layers of fabric ,the first layer is the anti cold insulation environmentally friendly,wear-resistant flocking fabric ,The second layer is reinforced cotton,the third layer of waterproof pvc, while having a strong insulation function.
It is normal to have slight plastic smell when open the package first time, as the long time delivery. The smell almost disappears after first wash).
